Warranty

Ram Corporation warrants all work performed against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year under normal use and service. Ram Corporation’s obligation shall be limited to repair or replacement, at Ram Corporation’s option, of any work or material found to be defective, such remedial work to take place at Ram Corporation’s facility if feasible or in the field during normal working hours. Transportation charges for Ram Corporation personnel to field locations outside the Nashville, Tennessee metropolitan area are excluded.
